Cannot get VPN to work on Android

Please provide us with the following information

— VPN will not activate.

Type of device (iPad pro, iPhone 10, etc): Sonim XP 10 running android 12

iOS version ( Settings --> About --> Software Version ): Android 12

Detailed description of the behavior: I cannot restore purchase. Bought 1 year VPN via IOS. Then switched to Android. Cannot get VPN to work on PC browser or android mobile.

Could you kindly confirm if you have linked your purchase to your Brave Premium account?

@SaltyBanana I have linked the account. It shows up under account.brave.com as active and purchased via IOS. Hitting restore does nothing.
