Cannot get PDF statement on goldstartrust.com

Not sure you’ll be able to reproduce this error since you would require login info, but here it is.

I log in to my account on goldstartrust.com. I go to the Statement tab https://online.goldstartrust.com/AccountStatement.aspx. I have completely turned off all shields. I set dates, and click Submit. I see a turning circle in a square for a second or two and then nothing - no error message, no statement. Works fine on Chrome. I have the extension “PDF Viewer” enabled. If I disable that extension, it does the same thing.

Could you open developer tools and check in console for any errors. You can take a screenshot of it and share. You can open developer tools by pressing F12 once you visit the statement page

Here is screenshot from statement page before I press Submit to get statement. I don’t see any errors but I don’t understand all this.
