To Whom It May Concern,
My ad settings were accidentally turned off earlier this week and I cannot turn it back on. I have reset my computer and browser and still won’t turn on. I’ve even reset the settings on Brave and that did nothing. I have even gone through the Windows 10 notification and firewall settings to see if anything has affected Brave, and nothing has been resolved.
On top of that, I recently created a Gemini Account that has been verified only a day after my settings were accidentally turned off, but Brave continues to give me errors that it won’t connect (see attached image). I had checked several times on Gemini’s website to verify that I’m verified, and I can confirm I am.
Is there any way to get these two problems fixed? I have a decent amount of BAT that I want but cannot claim because Brave isn’t functioning, and I don’t want to reset my wallet to see if that fixes the problem because I’ll lose all the BAT I have earned.
I have searched tirelessly throughout the Community Help area and cannot get any answers to my problems here. Can someone from Brave please assist me with correcting these problems?
