Cannot copy paste URL

Description of the issue:
Cannot copy and paste a URL into another medium.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Select the URL, which doesn’t work as well as Safari to begin with
  2. Press Copy
  3. Open another app, Gmail for example, press paste
  4. Doesn’t paste copied URL

Expected result:
Pressing paste pastes copied URL

Additional Information:
I can copy/paste a URL from Safari into Gmail.
