Hi,

I freshly installed Windows 11 and Brave, and when I try to connect my Uphold account it says:

How do I solve this?

Same issue with me. Reformatted Windows, UK user - Windows 11.

Make sure your internet connection is stable. There are a simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary glitches. Try clearing your browsing data (cache, cookies) in Brave. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data and choose “All time” for the time range.
In Brave Ensure you’re running the latest version of Brave. Outdated versions might have compatibility issues with Uphold. Update Brave by going to Settings → About Brave and clicking “Update” if available.
Make sure your Uphold account is fully verified according to their Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Incomplete verification might prevent linking with Brave Rewards.
Ensure your Brave Rewards region settings are compatible with your Uphold account. Inconsistent regions might cause connection issues.

Try disconnecting your Uphold account from Brave Rewards and then re-linking it. Go to Settings → Brave Rewards → Manage Brave Rewards and disconnect your Uphold account. Then try re-linking it following the on-screen prompts.

As a last resort, temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software to see if they might be interfering with the connection. Remember to re-enable them after troubleshooting.

I tried all your suggestions but none of them worked.
This was working fine until last night when I reinstalled my OS.
Any more ideas?

These do not work. Uphold is linked to brave but brave is not registering it.
