Been using several years.

Please elaborate what do you mean by does not connect ?
Is it that you are unable to connect to Uphold / Gemini or is it that you’re connected already but in the dashboard its showing not connected and the BAT balance does not load ?
Could you restart the computer or Brave ?
I have a similar issue on Android, where evn though I am connected to Gemini there, it shows not connected and the Next payment date is Jan 1. Also it shows brave rewards profile not created when I go to brave://rewards-internals. Does the same happen to you ?
Connect button does not work and is continuously loading.
Hmm. Do a restart of the computer and Brave. Also end tasks in task manager. Don’t know what the equivalent is in MacOS though.
I am using Uphold.
I had rewards the other day, now it does not connect.
I have stopped, started and refreshed, nothing changes.
Could you go to brave://rewards-internals and share a screenshot ?
make sure ot blur out the rewards payments ID though.

I have Uphold in my bookmarks, it opens OK with no issues.
This comes up, does not connect.
Could you make a new profile and check if that happens there ?
I am trying to see if there’s something that is wrong in your Brave installation or just in the profile.
Nope. Click on the hamburger Menu → Create a new profile
