Cannot change cookies settings from 'Only block cross-sire cookies' to 'Allow all cookies'

Description of the issue:

Every time when I change settings for cookies from ‘Only block cross-site cookies’ to ‘Allow all cookies’ in Brave settings and shut down/reset my laptop, I encounter ‘Cross-site cookies blocked’ instead of ‘All cookies allowed’ in Shield menu after opening Brave. I go to Brave settings, and indeed, cookies are set to ‘Only block cross-site cookies’. As a result, I have to make sign-in to my Google accounts every time again.

Recently have updated my MacBook Air to macOS Catalina.

Expected result:

Be able to keep cookie settings to ‘Allow all cookies’

Version 1.8.96 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Did you have “Site and shield settings” option enabled for “On exit” under brave://settings/clearBrowserData?

Yes, it was! Disabled and now everything works. Thank you!
