Cannot Add Twitch and Youtube Channel to Brave Rewards

Hy
I’m currently encountering a problem when adding my YouTube and Twitch channel to Brave Reward . After trying to add Twitch i got this message :
Redirecting you automatically, click here if your browser does not redirect you.

and this message above the Brave creators page :
Channel could not be contested. If you think this is in error, please contact us at https://community.brave.com/

and when im trying to add My Youtube channel ( +Add Channel > Click to Youtube ) and it redirect me back to Brave Creators page .
