Cannot activate ads in Reward settings

The switch on the Reward setting page to turn on ads is greyed out. The setting cannot be changed from “off”. There is no settings icon.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open the rewards setting page
  2. There it is.

Expected result: I should be able to turn on ads
