Cancellation of subscription and remove pending payment status

I want to cancel my subscription because i accidentally clicked purchase and now it has put a pending payment status on my card because it failed to pay the subscription because of insufficient balance on my bank account. Now i want this status to be lifted because my bank account was put on hold due to suspicious transactions.
