Detailed description of the behavior:
The VPN doesn’t allow me to access banking like I wanted to. It was working but now it doesn’t anymore because my bank has started blocking you guys. I want a refund. My primary goal was to be able to use you guys when I’m traveling to access my financial accounts safely and I am no longer able to do that.
