can you remove all the text from the create a new Topic box as we have to delete all the text in the box before we can type anything in.
The text there is a template to fill out to help troubleshoot issues (e.g. version number/steps to reproduce the issue, etc). Deleting the text makes it harder for Support to help you.
The text also varies per category (e.g. you prob didn’t see the text when making this topic)
