Hi, I just have a quick question. If I want to refer a family member, is that allowed? Even if they live in the same household as me? They showed interest in joining the brave rewards program, and I just wanted to make sure before I share them my affiliate link.

Yes it’s allowed.
In the Creator Grant Guidelines page it clearly said that:
Promoting Brave is incredibly important to us, and we reward that promotion through our referral program, not individual BAT grants. Our referral program rewards publishers and promoters for sharing and encouraging users to try Brave — not mass downloads by bots.
