Can u make Accounts for the Sync feature for both desktop and mobile all operating systems?

Not just an issue just an Feedback/Suggestion because when im entering the code its not bring bookmarks and all these things to other operating system i did from Sht Windows 7 to Linux:

- Add it in Sync Settings somewhere i dont know not sure
