I can not withdraw funds from browser to verified uphold account

After click on withdraw in browser, link https://uphold.com/dashboard/cards/37d2d5c6-d0ec-4ef3-946a-56abba200170/use is shown as https://uphold.com/404 with message in uphold:

Sorry, that page doesn’t exist!
