Can’t delete a playlist video

Troubleshooting technical issues is much easier when both the user and support agent practice clear communication. For this reason, we have provided the template below for you to fill out with information about your issue. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can most efficiently resolve your problem.

Description of the issue:

Can’t delete an expired video from the playlist that I added to it months ago because the video is no longer at the web link. I receive the following pop-up message window with Cancel & Reopen buttons while attempting to play the video from the playlist & it not doing so after a short period of time:

“Expired Video
This video was a live stream or the time limit was reached. Please reopen the link to refresh.”

When I select the Reopen option, the browser attempts to open the video at the original link when saved to the playlist, but it doesn’t because it is no longer there, & I received the following error message on the website www.rumble.com: “410 - Video is not found”. If I then go to the playlist & attempt to delete the video, nothing happens & it remains there unplayable.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open playlist window & select the video in question to play it.

  2. After the video not playing for a short period of time you receive the pop-up message window with: “Expired Video
This video was a live stream or the time limit was reached. Please reopen the link to refresh.” & Cancel & Reopen buttons.

  3. Select the Reopen option, & a new browser window tab is opened but the video is not opened & received error message: “410 - Video is not found”.

  4. Reopen playlist & long press or swipe left on the video in question & select delete which results in no deletion & unplayable video left in the playlist.

Expected result:

Should be able to delete the playlist video if expired or if the original website link to it is no longer available.
