I tried many things like create a new profile, delete cookies, configurations and some other configurations like clear data usage, and reset permissions.

To confirm, other sites do save this data? Further, if you look in brave://settings/passwords, do the credentials for that site appear in the list of saved passwords?

Has it worked in any other browsers? Most bug reports will require a testcase for all users, banking sites are not easy to replicate without someone having a login.
Another option is the site to make forms more autofill friendly, which you could suggest to the site devs (maybe point them to this forum thread)
