Can Show Wallet!

how do you fix a wallet whose contents cannot be accessed again?
The story is I sent a wallet from another application to brave wallet and I reinstalled windows and when I installed brave again and wanted to see my wallet it was like this

Hello - Did you backup the recovery phrase from the previous wallet? If so, you can restore your old wallet with this phrase.
