Hello guys, im new in brave and i want to know if my mom can create another brave publisher account here in my house, we both use the same modem, she have her computer and i have my computer, theres no problem with that?

Yeah, as long as you both have have your own KYC’d Uphold account and are linking your own accounts, that should be fine.
