@AMSND in the future, please provide more information on things. Leaving things blank may result in you not getting responses. And just posting question in topic is not good enough.
That said, the answer is no. VPN or IP address has absolutely nothing to do with you getting Rewards. Currently you are required to use a custodial partner like Uphold to receive BAT. And for those accounts, you need to submit a passport and other documentation to prove who you are and which country you’re from. Your country is determined based on your passport.
