Actually I’m using one brave browser on my PC and other one on the Android phone. Can I use same uphold account for both of these browsers to receive bat tokens. If anyone could help.

Post a screenshot about what exactly happened, without your personal info.
There is small bug while linking uphold on android as far as I remember it. It is something to do with have authorization link from mail client is opened or how uphold is authorized.
