Can i become a creator without a channel?

I would like to sign on as an affiliate [ creator ] but do not have a channel like YouTube or a website.
Am I still able to do this? If so please can someone explain the steps without using a channel?

You can become a creator but you will have to earn via referrals, for that at least you will have to make a link.
