Can an admin manually reset my Device Limit Reached?

Briefly describe your issue: Whenever I try to verify my wallet with Uphold, it says I’ve reached the maximum device limit of 4 devices. Now this is not true hence I only had issues with my operating system and reinstalling Brave on my PC counted as more than one device, so now I’m not allowed to verify my wallet on my laptop too.

So I’m directly asking Brave support to simply at least unlink my wallet from all devices in use so I can re-verify it myself correctly (since for some reason there’s no option to unlink my wallet from all devices currently connected to it, I assume you can only do it on your behalf.)

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? Windows 10 Pro, Brave Version 1.33.106

Follow this tutorial to unlink one of your devices.

According to brave team (support), soon users will be able to unlink devices on their own.
