Can access Brave Rewards area

Description of the issue: I’m trying to access the Brave Rewards area to be able to send a tip, but all I get is a small clear box. I’ve tried shutting down brave, restarting the system, etc…

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Click on Brave Rewards Icon

Expected result: To get into my rewards

Reproduces how often: everytime
