Camera showing black screen for FB Live

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When I click on FB live (Mac Book Pro) it brings up the screen, my green recording light is on but the screen is black.
  2. I’ve gone into settings and allowed camera and flash but that didn’t help
  3. I’ve refreshed the page, closed out of the browser and re-opened it and still black screen with green camera light on.
    I went to Chrome to see if I could do FB Live from there and I had no issues

Expected result:
Would love to get this resolved

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.0.1 Chromium: 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
