Description of the issue:

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Set brave browser as default browser app
Close all tabs
Go to settings on Android app
Clear browsing data

Expected result:
All data deleted
Reproduces how often:
Appears even after reinstall through play store
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Latest Android app on playstore, Android 15
Additional Information:

Be sure that you:

  • Actually exit/quit BB (instead of only, merely closing tabs/windows)

  • Do 2 complete shutdowns of the device
