Button to save "Clear on Exit" greyed out

I’m trying to set my privacy setting in Brave Browser to “Clear on Exit”. But, when that is the selction, the saved button is greyed out, and I can’t save. What’s the problem

Is there a chance that you have already configured Brave? Normally the Save button is grayed out when users have already configured Brave.

Does the Save button become available when you uncheck a random option? If it becomes available when you uncheck an option and then becomes unavailable upon checking the same option, it means those are your saved preferences.
