But Google, my javascript IS ON!

This error has been popping up all of a sudden. I’ve checked my javascript settings and javascript allowed for google.com, but it still doesn’t let me login to any google related product. So I still don’t know what’s wrong!

Is this just a chromium related monopolistic power grab trick, or is it just my computer?

Nobody can help me after this long? Lame.

I’ve seen this issue appear before and it is generally caused by one of two things:

  • A browser extension that’s installed
  • Bad cache data

I would recommend going to your Google account page, clicking the lock icon, then Site settings --> Clear data and see if the issue persists. If so, do you have any extensions installed at this time? Try disabling them and see if the issue persists.

Let me know what you find out.

It looks like Google doesn’t know that the browser was conceived by the creator of JavaScript…
