Description of the issue:
The text in the top bar in the Settings menu(brave://settings/) is not in the right font, it’s in a different, ugly and unreadable font, unlike how its on the bar on the left side where the font looks good.

How can this issue be reproduced?
- Brave needs to be set to display in Bulgarian. From here brave://settings/languages
Expected result:
The text in the top bar in the Settings menu(brave://settings/) is not in the right font
