Description of the issue:
Whenever I open PDFs in Brave’s PDF reader, the scrolling is extremely jittery. This is an important feature that should be smooth to use, as I don’t want to download every PDF I want to read or check out.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Expected result: No lag while scrolling, no jitter
Brave Version:
Version 1.19.86 Chromium: 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Unable to reproduce this. Im not having any problem while opening pdf’s.

I’m not sure what kind of example? This happens with every PDF I open in Brave, either an online link or a local file, regardless of origin. Scrolling in FF’s viewer or my local PDF viewer is super smooth.
Maybe it’s the platform? It definitely happens on my macOS, though I think I’ve tested it on Manjaro Linux, too, I’ll check there again. Haven’t used it on Windows yet. The only other thing I can check is opening in Chrome, as Brave is based off Chromium and has similar behaviour to Chrome.

Not sure if this is the “correct” solution, but I managed to fix this by enabling the brave://flags/#pdf-viewer-update flag. You also get a sleek new PDF viewer with it!
