To build Brave on my computer, which happens to be a mac, are these steps a way?
STEP 1: Install Visual Studio of Mac (VSM) (simple)
STEP 2: Clone or fork the brave-core from github (simple)
STEP 3: Use VSM to build Brave browser (days of agony coping with things I cannot foresee)
Agony I foresee in my imagination, but which might not be real:
Since my mac is running Catalina and not Big Sur, my mac will not have some libraries needed by VSM/Brave building. Those libraries will have something to do with xCode, which will not update to the most recent version unless macOS is the latest release of Big Sur.
