BUG: the Bookmark Bar is shown in Privacy window despite the setting to be hidden

Description of the issue:
When i save a bookmark and i set up the Bookmark Bar is not shown in the Settings, then everything works fine in Classic window mode - the Bookmark bar is not visible. But when i open the Privacy window, the Bookmark Bar is there together with visible saved bookmark. This is unwanted and it is a privacy malfunction, a bug.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I saved the bookmark in classic mode window
  2. I set up to hide the Bookmark Bar
  3. I open the Privacy window
  4. The Bookmark Bar is visible in Privacy window together with previously saved bookmark despite the setting to hide the Bookmark Bar (BUG)

Expected result:
Fix the bug i.e. the Bookmark Bar will be hidden in Privacy windows when i have Bookmark Bar set up to hide in the Settings.
