Bug: Settings > Appearance > Top Site are showing while disabled

Hi,

I wanted to report a bug, where the Top Site are still showing in the autocomplete even while disabled.

Like Reddit, Amazon, etc…

I am using Linux version, not sure if it’s happening in all platforms.

Can you fix?
