when i resize the window the window show a black bar or don’t resize to the entire screen

I think it’s a problem with KDE Plasma. I faced similar issues with other software while maximizing the window precisely on Xorg. Have you tried turning off that floating panel? I don’t know why but I feel like changing theme on Plasma makes things worse and breaks certain things specially if you are on Arch.
for some reason the window resize just fixed and i don’t know how
but the black borders issue still exist
i am using wayland not xorg
i try in xorg but bug still exist
i will send a bug report to kde
