Bug: if I make a video full screen and then close the window the video will remain in the background

If I make a video full screen and then close the tab the video will remain in the background as its own window that I can’t close.

MacOS Mojave 10.14.3

Steps to Reproduce

  • Open a video fullscreen in a new window (I recommend this one)
  • Move mouse up to the top of the screen (toward the red x)
  • Click the x

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Fullscreen video becomes background image until Brave is quit. This does not happen with Chrome (just checked)

Expected result:

I close a video and it should close, it shouldn’t hang around in the background.
