Bug, desktop: tab "speaker" icon, and right-click "Mute/unmute site" are not synchronized

Description of the issue:

Clicking on the speaker icon in an audio-playing tab is not reflected in the right-click “mute/unmute site” popup list

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Navigate to any page with audio (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lP-G-inkkDg)
2. Click the speaker icon in the site tab; audio mutes, audio icon becomes strike-through
3. Right-click the tab: note that “Mute site” appears in list

Expected result:

• The text entry in the right-click list should be “Unmute site”, since site was muted by clicking the speaker icon

Muting sound on tab incorrect behavior

Description of the issue: There’s an issie with muting a tab, that is related to just clicking the speaker symbol on the tab when it’s playing sound. It seems to not reflect on the mute function of the tab available in the context menu and can be frustrating when you have a pinned tab that’s playing sound.
