[BUG] Brave freeze when click on profile icon

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When I clicked on the profile button to switch profile, the browser hanging and freezing for a while and it backs on normal, but I can not change the profile
  2. I have tried fresh install (but with backup User Data folder) and it still happened

**Brave Version( check About Brave): v1.76.73

FYI: I downloaded the old version: v1.75.181 and it worked
