Since I upgraded to a new PC and installed the Brave browser, I have been experiencing buffering issues when watching videos on Prime, Hulu, and Amazon. The videos load very slowly and then frequently buffer every few seconds. However, streaming works fine on YouTube and other sites. I also tried using Microsoft Edge for the streaming services, and everything works smoothly there.

I also have WideVine turned on and tried graphics acceleration on and off with no luck.
