Browser setting 'File editing'

Description of the issue:
The browser setting ‘File editing’ show allways the same text ‘Ask when a site wants to edit files or folders on your device’ regardless of whether the setting is activated or
is disabled.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. start Brave
  2. go to settings

Expected result:
Correct text for the setting activated or deactivated.
