Browser set at default, not really

Brave is my default browser, it also says so in settings. But when i click links in MS Outlook email it opens Edge. What am I missing?

@sorahl,
In Outlook, can you please go to File --> Options --> Advanced --> Link handling and ensure that the Default browser option is selected and not Microsoft Edge?
