Description of the issue:
When you click a tab, frequently the browser window will be resized to about half the size while using Brave under Wayland.

While in Wayland mode, I frequently will click a tab to switch tabs, and it will resize my browser window to about half the height. I have browser fixed on right half of my main display using Meta+Right Arrow. This bug results in my browser taking up the top right 1/4th of the screen instead of the right 1/2.

Browser resizes unexpectedly.
Expected result:
No browser resize.
