I cleared cache and data used in mobile for brave browser. Now, browser says: We are sorry. Brave Rewards not available in your device ? How to retrieve my previous earning ??
Not sure, but you can try the following :
- make sure you are running the latest version
- recover estimated rewards using the seed phrase, which I hope you have kept with you. Don’t know about the previously claimed balance though.
If you delete data from system setting, your data and reward data will be lost. But if you cleared all website data that you’re visit with “three dots -> history -> clear browsing data” your reward data will safe
