Browser Not Navigating

I use have been using Brave for months without any problem, 2 weeks ago the browser stopped navigating to Twitter & other specific sites. I cannot even use Brave to navigate to Google. Opera has the same problem. I am forced to use Edge, with limited user privacy or Chrome with full functionality and zero privacy as enforced by my Sysadmin at work. I have used Brave at work on & off for years to workaround these small privacy issues. Please tell me there is a simple fix for this problem. I get this error when trying to Google. ERR_TLS13_DOWNGRADE_DETECTED
