Description of the issue:

Browser’s Window Is Invisible, Hovering Over The Active Foreground Taskbar Icon Shows A Peek With A Small Preview

How can this issue be reproduced?

I’m Not Aware What Causing This Bug/Error, It Happened Nearly 9 Months Ago

Expected result:

A Usual Normal Window Of The Browser Should be Visible, Other Than Hovering

Brave Version:

Release 1.79.126 Chromium: 137.0.7151.119 (64bit)

Additional Information:

So, the normal Brave Browser window that you would expect to see displayed, never develops from its minor appearance/pop-up located along the Task Bar?

Maybe search online for Windows OS Task Bar tips; also search for Windows OS multiple Desktops tips ← might one of the [unexpected?] Desktops be showing the Brave Browser window?

Even Beta And Nightly Build Shows The Same Result
Which I Think Should Be Case If Something Specifically Affecting
The Brave Browser Regular Build
