ERR_FAILED

**Steps to Reproduce **

  1. Open up the web browser

Expected result:
The settings are set for the program to open to the home page. I have the home page set to a particular search engine. Thus, Brave should open to the search page that I indicated.

Reproduces how often:
Very often, maybe always. I think I remember one time when it did work correctly (opened to the home page) but I’m not sure.

V8 6.8.275.24

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Not sure how to do this.

Additional Information:

Hi @carrierPigeon,

This issue is known and popped up after releasing 0.23.104/105. We have logged it in our Github (you can see it here) and it has sense been added to the 0.23.x milestone. This means that it’s likely you’ll see this addressed in an update for our Muon product (the one you’re using now).
