Browser crashes when accessing site

Description of the issue:
When attempting to access https://chem.libretexts.org (OER Textbook), browser crashes. When restoring sites after reopening the browser, it crashes again if you attempt to access the tab that libretext was open on. All attempts to access the site causes a crash in the browser.

Expected result:
I should be able to interact with the online textbook. Has access to ADAPT (homework), Hypothesis (annotations), Note Bene (annotations), Jupyter (3D modeling), and more.

Reproduces how often:
Everytime I try to access the page.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Mac Big Sur 11.3.1
Version 1.25.72 Chromium: 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (x86_64)

I’m able to access and navigate this site without issue using both macOS and Windows systems.

This could be happening to you due to “bad data” stuck in the browser or it could be an extension you have installed. I’m curious if you’re able to visit the site while using a private browsing window?

Actually, I am able to access the site without it crashing when using a private window. I’ll clear out the data in my browser to fix the issue.
