Browser apps crash when trying to move the window

Description of the issue:
I create an app via Settings-More Tools-Create shortcut- check Open as window. All works fine, until I try to move the newly created window. Then it crashes, always.

Description of the issue: I create an “App” using Settings > More tools > Create Shortcut then check the “Open as window” checkbox. This all works fine, but then if I try to click and drag the title bar of that window to move it anywhere, it just disappears. The app completely crashes, though Brave remains open and functional. Reproduces how often:
Always. With different apps.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
MacOS 10.14.6

Additional Information:
Other forum member was able to resolve this by deleting Chrome (and other clean up). I deleted Chrome but the issue remains.
