Description of the issue:
All brave windows completly freeze for around 5 seconds randomly. Other apps and system completly responsive
Steps to Reproduce: Open at least two visible windows, one of them with twitch.tv open
Not sure these are absoltuely necessary
Reproduces how often: every half an hour or so.
