Brightness decreases when using fullscreen on youtube

Description of the issue: When changing view to Fullscreen in Youtube, the brightness of the screen decreases notably after a couple seconds.

Exact URL of the website in question: youtube.com

Issue is present both with default shield setup and with shields turned off

Other shield configurations don’t seem to have an effect on it either

The problem is not present when watching videos in Chrome

Brave version: Version 1.5.123 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: Already tried disabling hardware acceleration, results are the same.

Brave should fix this, im about to change browser since im daily watching youtube videos, its annoying that its ALSO dropping frames on my 144 hz monitor to like 20 hz every millisecond
