On certain sites the browser flashes certain parts of the page over and over about every second. Specific sites are "tasks.office.com. When I access my tasks the bottom line of the page refreshes. I have turned off shields but it continues.
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.Log into my office.com account (or yours)
2.go to the Planner app
No blinking/constant refresh

This makes the browser unusable for my work related activities. When I open the same site in Chrome or Edge there is no issue.
